Hoʻoponopono:
Meditation to forgive the past
Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian forgiveness practice used by indigenous healers. Many Polynesian cultures believe that sustained guilt causes illness. Similarly, the Hawaiian people of Tikopia believe that the sins of their fathers will be passed on to their children. This meditation calls upon this beautiful Hawaiian practice of releasing. In this meditation, we will forgive the past to break free from the stories that were unconsciously given to us, release the past, and wake up our true selves.
